07 - Serve immediately accompanied by your preferred sides.

# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • The crispy bacon and creamy avocado create a perfect texture contrast that makes every bite interesting
  • Mixing spices directly into the beef means flavor in every single mouthful
02 -
  • Never press down on the burgers with your spatula while they cook or you will lose all those delicious juices
  • Let the patties rest for a couple minutes after cooking so the juices redistribute throughout the meat
03 -
  • Make a small thumbprint in the center of each raw patty to keep them from puffing up into balls while cooking
  • Warm your bacon slightly in the microwave before cooking so it shrinks less and stays flat
