01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside for portioning the yogurt mixture.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until completely smooth and well incorporated.
03 - Gently fold the diced strawberries into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed.
04 - Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion 1-tablespoon mounds onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours until the bites are completely firm and hold their shape.
06 - Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring between each. Dip frozen bites in melted chocolate or drizzle over top, then return to freezer for 10 minutes to set.
07 - Transfer finished bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer. Let sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before serving.
