# What You Need:

→ Oats and Dairy

01 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

→ Fruit

04 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
05 - 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional, for extra sweetness)

→ Flavorings & Sweeteners

06 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
07 - 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
08 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
09 - Pinch of salt

→ Toppings (Optional)

10 - Additional sliced strawberries
11 - Granola
12 - Chopped nuts

# How To Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
02 - Fold in the diced strawberries and strawberry jam (if using).
03 - Divide the mixture evenly between two jars or containers.
04 - Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours, until the oats are soft and the mixture is creamy.
05 - In the morning, stir the oats, add a splash of milk if needed, and top with extra strawberries, granola, or nuts before serving.
