# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • The feta becomes impossibly creamy and luxurious while keeping its signature tang
  • It comes together in minutes but tastes like something you simmered all afternoon
  • Perfect for last minute guests when you want to look impressive without actually trying hard
02 -
  • The feta will puff up in the oven and then settle, this is completely normal and part of the magic
  • Letting it rest for a few minutes after baking makes it easier to handle and lets the flavors meld
  • The oil in the dish is liquid gold, dont forget to have bread ready for soaking up every last drop
03 -
  • Use a dish that fits the feta snugly so the vegetables stay close and create more of those flavorful juices
  • If your feta seems especially salty, give it a quick rinse under cold water before patting it dry and baking
